The APEX Index
A whole-athlete scoring model that converts check-in data into a 0–1000 score across 5 areas and 8 domains. Athletes receive a personalized score, tier ranking, and a tailored response program. Think of it as a credit score for athletic mental performance.
How do I feel inside? Covers mood, emotions, confidence, and mental skills.
How do I show up and grow? Measures effort, habits, skill development, and game IQ.
